CONSTITUTION: Not more than 50pts.wt. copper oxide or manganese oxide (in a fibrous, particulate or powdered form having a particle size of 1W150μ), a blowing agent, a flame retarder, etc. are added to 100pts.wt. raw material for a synthetic resin foam, and the mixt. is expanded.
