Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When the displaced volume of a variable capacity hydraulic pump 3 is increasd, the oil flow supplied form hydraulic pressure source 6 to actuator 4 must be set to some constant valve required for changing the displaced volume of the pump 3 to such an extent that the following two oil quantities become equal to each other, where, the one is the oil quantity required for maintaining the angular velocity of a hydraulic motor 2 decided from the rated differential pressure of the circuit, the moment of inertia of the inertial mass 1 and the displaced volume of the hydraulic motor 2, and the other is the oil quantity ejected from the varible capacity hydraulic pump 3. Then, energy loss can be restricted to the minimum by suppresing any excessive quantity of oil ejected from the variable capacity hydraulic pump 3.
