Abstract
PURPOSE:To conduct more hot reaction test in the same time using one reaction furnace, by carrying out cooling and elevation of temperature of reaction tube at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The first reaction tube 4 is placed in a furnace room 2 and a hot reaction is carried out for a prescribed time supplying gas for reaction in the tube 4 from a gas bomb 12 after elevation to a prescribed hot reaction temperature by a heating unit 3 supplying an innert gas from a gas bomb 8. The tube 4 is taken out the room 2 after finishing the reaction and is cooled supplying the innert gas. Continuously, the second reaction tube 4' is placed in the room 2 and a temperature elevation process is set in operation. The tube 4' is subjected to testing through a temperature elevation process and reaction process. While, the tube 4 is cooled and take-out of reacted sample and charge of new sample are carried out during said process. Hereby, continuous test is made possible and effective test can be performed using one reaction furnace.
