Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a local heat generation, by making the central part of a silicon thermal oxidation layer bridging a hollow wider in width than both end parts thereof. CONSTITUTION:The part 2a of an SiO2 layer 2, bridging a hollow 3, is so formed that the central part 2a' is wider in width than both end parts. By said configuration, when a conductor layer 4 is energized, the heat of the central part of a hollow- bridging part 4a can readily escape. Accordingly, there is no possibility that only the central part of the bridging part 4a locally generates heat, and the occurrence of disconnection or the like due to a local heat generation is prevented.
