Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an electric core having no adhesive between laminated iron plates and less iron loss by coating heat resistant insulating paint having specific composition on the electric core formed by punching thin iron plates, laminating a plurality of such ion plates and welding them, and annealing the core. CONSTITUTION:Many thin iron plates 1 for a stator core having a plurality of coil containing slots 2 on the inner periphery and annularly punched are laminated as a laminated iron plate 3, are welded at six positions of the outer periphery 4 to be welded, are thus integrated, and cut surface 5 is exposed. Then, a composition consisting by weight 5-50% of silicic soda, 5-30% of silica, 3-20% of silicic potassium and vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer (1:1) not reacted with the silicic soda is prepared as heat resistant insulating paint to be coated on the plate 3, and the plate 3 is dipped in the composition to impregrate the composition in the fine gap of the periphery and particularly of the cut surface 5. Thereafter, the core 3 is pulled up, is then dried, and is annealed at 750 deg.C, thereby obtainng a desired stator core.
