Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively separate frames one by one by providing a magnet on the upper side surface of a frame laminate and isolating them by utilizing the repelling force due to the magnetization of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 3 is provided at the upper end of a guide 1, the lead frames 2 stacked by the lower lifter 4 is thus lifted, and the uppermost frame 8 is gripped by a chuck 5 and is removed. Vibration is applied by a vibrator 6. The magnets 3 at both ends of the lead frames 2 are incorporated with opposite polarities to one another, and when the same ends of the lead frames 2 are maintained at the same polarity, the uppermost lead frame 8 can be floated, and can be thus separated from the other frames, and can be readily removed.
