The magnets 3 at both ends of the lead frames 2 are incorporated with opposite polarities to one another, and when the same ends of the lead frames 2 are maintained at the same polarity, the uppermost lead frame 8 can be floated, and can be thus separated from the other frames, and can be readily removed.
