Abstract

PURPOSE: To save energy for cooling the interior of a concrete construction, by burying a heating section of a heat pipe in a wall and roof of concrete of a house or the like, and exposing a radiation section thereof outside.
CONSTITUTION: The heating sections A of the heat pipes 3a, 3b are buried in the roof 2 and the wall 5 of the concrete construction, and the radiation sections B are exposed outside. The radiation section B has radiation fins 4. By this arrangement, the heat of the roof 2 and the wall 5 heated by the sunlight is withdrawn by the action of the heat pipes 3a, 3b from the radiation sections B to lower the temperature of the roof 2 and the wall 5. Accordingly the heat of the roof 2 and the wall 5 is prevented from being transferred to the interior 8, so that the temperature of the interior 8 can be lowered and the energy for cooling the interior can be saved.
