Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of metal pieces and the connection thereof to a commutator in the coreless armature by a method wherein the metal pieces being adhered to a transparent material are affixed to the end face of a coil body consisted of doubly cylindrical wire winding, and after the metal pieces and the wire winding are welded, the transparent material is removed. CONSTITUTION:A multiconductor sheet wire is wound around spirally to form an inside cylinder 3, and after the same multiconductor sheet wire is wound around the outer circumference thereof in the opposite direction to form an outside cylinder 4, it is cut at the prescrived size to form a coil body 6. At the end face of this coil body 6, the transparent material 8 being adhered with the plural connecting terminals 7 having the same pitch with the wire winding 1 is affixed, and a laser beam is irradiated to weld the connecting terminals 7 and the respective wire winding 1. After then only the transparent material 8 is removed. Accordingly positioning of the connecting terminals 7 is facilitated, and because the connecting terminals 7 are exposed finally, electric connection to the commutator can be performed easily.
