Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform an effective wire bonding by elevationally sliding shaft on which a rotary table and a guide mechanism are provided to connect them to a rotary mechanism and bringing a wire coincident to a wedge in a vibrating direction. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 2 can be freely rotated or stopped by a worm wheel 7 and a worm 8, a slide shaft 10 on which a rotary table 4 is provided is disposed at the center of the rotary shaft, the shaft 10 can be elevationally slidden by compressed air from a guide tube 18, a tapered guide 22 can also be elevationally moved by the end of the shaft 10, is inserted into a guide hole 24 rotating with the shaft 2, and the shaft 10 is thus rotated together with the table 4. When the compressed air is stopped, the guide 22 is moved down, and the table is thus stopped. Thus, the rotating amount of the shaft 2 can be accurately transmitted to the table, and the direction of pulling the wire can be accurately provided.
