An oscillation occurred in a transducer 11 is propagated to a nozzle section 6 through a diaphragm 10, and when the oscillation propagated to the coating layer 4 on wall surface of the liquid chamber 3 is absorbed, reflected wave is also absorbed at the same time. For the coating layer 4, teflon resin, etc. is used.
