Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having stable adhesive strength and impact strength over a wide temperature range and improved odor, by compounding an organic peroxide to a main component composed of a monomer containing a specific diene compound as an essential component, and an elastomer.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is obtained by combining (A) a main component composed of (A1) a mononer component containing (i) a diene compound of formula I (R is group of formula II or H; n is 1W5; m is 1W5) [pref. 1,1-(di)acetoxybutadiene-1,3] as an essential component, and pref. (ii) a (meth) acrylate, wherein the weight ratio of (i)/(ii) is (5W60)/(95W40) and (A2) an elastomer (pref. acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, etc.) with (B) an organic peroxide (e.g. ketone peroxide, etc.). The amount of the component (A2) is 5W 40wt% of the component (A), and that of the component (B) is pref. 0.1W25 pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the component (A).
