Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent pollution and to use a mold release material economically by recovering, separating and filtering the mold release material sprayed onto metallic molds then setting the same to specific concn. and reutilizing the material.
CONSTITUTION: The excess of a soln. (a) sprayed onto metallic molds 4 is recovered into a recovering tank 8. Cooling water for the molds 4, and impurities (c) such as working fluids, lubricating oils, chips and the like of a mechanism 5 for moving the molds 4 are recovered into the tank 8. These are introduced by a communicating passage 10 into a separating tank 11. While they are overflowed therefrom, they flow into the last separating part, where the impurities (c) are separated from the soln. (a). Thence, the soln. (a) is introduced into a separating tank 29 and while it is overflowed, it is flowed into the last separating part, where the impurities (c) are separated. This is returned into the tank 11. The soln. (a) is further flowed from the tank 29 onto a filter 41, by which it is filtered and is removed of dust, oil scum, soil, carbon, etc. This soln. is introduced into a storage control tank 42. Here, the concn. of the soln. (a) is measured and the soln. controlled to prescribed concn. by the supply of the raw liquid thereof or dilute liquid is returned into a soln. tank 52 by a pump 51 and is reutilized.
