PURPOSE:To destaticize a photoreceptor by simple constitution without optical fatigue, by using a white lamp having a prescribed filter layer on its wall surface. CONSTITUTION:On the wall surface 11 of a white lamp forming a destaticizing lamp 1, a filter layer 12 is provided and when the filter layer 12 cuts off component light in a wavelength range where a photoreceptor is fatigued, its luminous intensity is decreased to some extent where the photoreceptor is not fatigued. Therefore, the simple constitution destaticize the photoreceptor excellently without optical fatigue.
