CONSTITUTION: A resin compsn. consists of 100pts.wt. non-rigid vinyl chloride graft copolymer (A) and 0.5W50pts.wt. methyarylate ester polymer or copolymer (B) composed mainly of a methacrylate ester such methyl methacrylate, said copolymer (A) being obtd. by polymerizng 85W30pts.wt. vinyl chloride monomer or monomer mixture composed mainly of vinyl chloride monomer in the presence of 15W70pts.wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an thylene component content of 35W75wt%. The problem of insufficient transparency of component A can be simply and economically dissolved by blending component B.
