Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a quick-effect, durable heat-seal adhesive by blending specific weight ratio of polymerized fatty acid polyamide polymer resin having a specific property, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: To obtain the object heat seal adhesive, the following (a), (b) and (c) components are mixed in proportion of a:b=10:10W10:1 with a+b occupying 95W60wt% of the total: (a): Polymerized fatty acid polyamide resin with softening point of 100W180°C and melt viscosity of 15W80 poise at 210°C, (b): Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with the content of vinyl acetate of 28W70wt%, softening point of 80W160°C, MI vaklue of 10W400 in accordance with the melt index measuring method (JIS K-6760), (c) Ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer with the content of acrylic acid of 5W20wt%, softening point of 85W115°C, and melt viscosity of 4W10 poise.
