CONSTITUTION: The ply coating rubber, of which 100% modulus is 40W80kg/cm2, can be obtained, by blending 10W100pts.wt. of carbon black, and 3W80pts.wt. of organic micro-short fiber, in which the glass transition point of an amorphous part is lower than 30°C or higher than 120°C, and the melting point of a crystal part is above 160°C, and average length of a short fiber is 0.3W30μm, while the average diameter of a short fiber is 0.02W0.8μm, and the ratio of average length of a short fiber and average diameter of a short fiber is 8W400, to 100pts.wt. of one kind of rubber selected from matural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene rubber, and the like.
