Abstract

PURPOSE: An oral preparation that is made by preparing the blood clotting eight factor with ribosome and an enteric capsule, thus being well absorbed through intestinal mucous membrane and used for curing hemophilia.
CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution of the blood clotting either factor or a combination thereof with a wide-range tyrpsin inhibitor such as aprotinin is enclosed into ribosome. The enclosed product itself, or its freeze-dried product, or a mixture of separately dried components of the eights factor, the trypsin inhibitor and ribosome membrane-constituting components is filled in an enteric capsule to give the objective oral preparation. Ribosome and the trypsin ihibitor act to prevent the active component from being decomposed and deactivated in intestinal tracts.
