CONSTITUTION:While the contents of a read-only memory 1-1 are inputted to an operator 1-3 through a signal line 1-5, the contents of a register 1-4 are also inputted to the operator 1-3, which performs arithmetic; the result is held in a register 1-4 to be used as a random number, and also inputted to an address counter 1-2 via a signal line 1-6, so that the output of the read-only memory when a random number is generated in the next cycle is determined by the generated random number.
