Namely, if the temp. of the target 15 is set at above the curie point, the magnetic flux 13 generated by a permanent magnet 11 leaks to the outside of the target 15 and electrons are confined, by which the speed of sputtering is increased and the magnetic recording media are produced at high speeds.
