Abstract
PURPOSE:To make easier the alternation of mixing conditions and the manufacture of a stator element by a method in which a large number of plates with two or more kinds of concavities are laminated to form belt-like common fluid introducing and discharging regions. CONSTITUTION:An element is formed by alternately laminating a large number of plates P-a and P-b of different two kinds. The inlets a1-a3 of the plate P-a are arranged at the same position, and also the lamination of the plate P-b is likewise made. A large number of plate P-a are laminated in such a way as to gather their inlets a2 together to form a belt-like common fluid introducing region A2 in the laminated direction. For the other inlets of the plates P-a and the plates P-b, lamination is likewise made. Fluid discharged from the discharge port Xa of the plates P-a is joined together and mixed with fluid discharged from the discharge port Xb of the plates P-b in the discharge region. The said plates can be exactly and accuratery manufactured at low cost by photo etching method.
