Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a coated film from peeling off, by a method wherein a mixture of at least two pulverulent spraying materials is sprayed onto a surface while continuously changing the mixing ratios of the materials. CONSTITUTION:At least two selected from the group consisting of pulverulent spraying materials based on metals such as Ni, Co, Cr or the like and pulverulent spraying materials based on ceramics such as zirconia, alumina, magnesia or the like are stored in separate hoppers. Each of the pulverulent materials is fed into a mixer while continuously changing the mixing ratio, for example, a method wherein the opening of a valve provided for each of the hoppers or the revolution number of a rotary feeder for each of the material is connected to a timer of the like. The materials fed into the mixer are continuously mixed, and the resultant mixture is fed to a sprayer, from which it is sprayed.
