Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure even high frequency magnetism without accurate adjustment by electrically connecting thin conductive plates which are held so as to face insulating plates arranged in parallel respectively, forming an exciting loop, and providing a magnetic flux sensing loop at the location adjacent to said exciting loop. CONSTITUTION:Two insulating plates 15 and 16 which are arranged in parallel are supported by conductive members 17 and 18. A central electrode 19B and an external electrode 19A of a connector 19 of said member 17 are connected to exciting conductive plates 21 and 24 which are arranged so as to face the insulating plates 15 and 16. The exciting plates 21 and 24 are connected by the conductive wires 22 and 23. The magnetic flux sensing loop is arranged at the location adjacent to the exciting loop formed in this way. Said magnetic flux sensing loop is formed by a loop from the central electrode of the connector of the conductive member 18 to the external electrode of the connector through a sensing wire 25 connected to said central electrode and the conductive plates 31 and 33 which are arranged to the insulating plates 15 and 16 to which said sensing wire 25 is connected.
