Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the blocking of a chute with the lumps of granules by charging the granules into the chute with double damper by means of a receiver vibrating only when the damper is not working, provided beneath the outlet of the cooling bunker. CONSTITUTION:Granules cooled in a cooling bunker 1 flow down on a horizontal receiver 3 beneath the outlet throungh the outlet port, and are discharged gradually from a discharge port 7 by means of a vibrating feeder 8 connected to the receiver 3. The vibrating feeder 8 is designed to operate only when the double damper is not working. Thus, the lumping of granules can be prevented by vibration and the blocking of the chute with the granules can therefore be prevented.
