Abstract

PURPOSE: Titled composition that contains a fatty acid ester of polyhydric alcohol as a lubricant, thus being suitably used as a molding material, because of its good appearance, high toughness at high temperature, flowability, electric properties and mechanical strength.
CONSTITUTION: A phenolic resin is combined with 0.02W4.0% fatty acid ester of polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol monofatty acid ester or fatty acid monoor diglyceride. Further, a usual lubricant such as an aliphatic alcohol or fatty acid is added in a range from 0.05W2.0% to increase the mold-releasing effect. An example of the phenolic resin is a usual novolak resin, high-ortho novolak, resol resin or cresol resin.
