Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent an unexpected accident such as an oil leak by coupling adjecent hydraulic cylinders mounted in a multistage expansion boom like a telecope through a fitting seat and a flange and by directly welding pipes between both cylinders.
CONSTITUTION: An oil chamber 14 communicates with an oil chamber 24 through an oil transport pipe 18, an oil groove 54 and an oil groove 28, an oil chamber 15 communicating with an oil chamber 25 through an oil transport pipe 19, an oil groove 27 and an oil groove 55. Both ends of the pipes 18, 19 are respectively welded. So working oil supplied and exhausted at a port 18 is supplied and exhausted to both pressure oil cylinders 1, 2. The first cylinder 1 is coupled to the second cylinder 2 by a coupling bolt 53 connecting a flange 5 to the trail end 51 of a cylinder tube 21 and a coupling bolt 81 connecting a fitting seat 6 to a fitting seat 8. Accordingly, assembling and manufacturing can be easily performed and oil leak accidents can be prevented.
