CONSTITUTION: In the state that a solar-heat collecting means 1 and an outer hotwater storing tank 7 are connected to each other by selecting the positions of change over valves 10, 11, solar-heat absorbing black liquid is stored in the outer tank 7, and city water in an inner hot-water storing tank 8 is heated from the outside. Water in the inner tank 8 is supplied via A boiler 13. Remaining solar heat is transmitted to an undergroung area a and utilized as a heat source for a heat pump which is used for space-heating. Through operation of the heat pump 3, the inner space B of a room is cooled and heat is transferred to black liquid in a water tank 4. In the night, on the other hand, positions of the changeover valves 10, 11 are shifted to connect the solar-heat collection means 1 to the water tank 4, so that heat possessed by the black liquid in the tank 4 is released for cooling and regenerating the water in tank 4. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to store solar heat efficiently for a long time and to make an efficient use of the same.
