Then, the surface of the photoreceptor is irradiated uniformly by a whole surface exposing source 16 to complete formation of a latent image. Formation of a good picture is made possible by controlling the original picture exposing light source 14 by exposure controlling devices 30a, 30b for every image forming speed in forming the electrostatic latent image.
