CONSTITUTION:A cartridge 10 is attached to the upper feeding opening of a developer storing container through an elastic member 8. The cartridge 10 is installed along longitudinal direction of the container 1, and a cylindrical container (inner container) 12 having a slot-like opening 11 and a cylindrical member 13 (outer cylinder) that rotates sliding on the outside of the cylinder 13 mentioned above has a slot-like opening that corresponds to the opening 11 of the inner cylinder 12. By superposing the two openings by sliding the two cylinders relatively, feeding developer in the inner cylinder 12 is made to flow into the storing container 1.
