Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily operate the titled device with simple construction and to surely press-clamp a movable plate with a small driving force, by providing an insertable cotter pin freely movable back and forth between an insert-through-hole part of a locking rod and an oblique member of a locking rod.
CONSTITUTION: Under holding a movable plate 1 at the press-clamping position by a hydrualid-cylinder device 5, a cotter pin 16 is press-inserted, between an oblique surface of an oblique member 17 fixed to a locking rod 7 of a locking mechanism 9 and a guide-hle part 10 provided to a hydraulic-head part 3a of a rear stand 3, by operating a hydraulic cylinder 14. Then the rod 7 is pushed in the axial direction to lock-hold the movable plate 1 by the force caused by wedge effect of cotter pin 16. For the small amount of slackness of the plate 1 while filtering operation, the cotter pin 16 is still more pushed down to respond it; and in a case when the slackness is too large to be covered by only moving the pin 16 back and forth, or the number of filter plates is changed, the member 17 is properly replaced.
