Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an emusified fuel slightly evloving nitrogen oxides in a short time effictively by a simple device without using an emulsion stabilizer, by jetting directly high-pressure water through a nozzle to a fuel oil so that the oil is emulsified.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel in the storage tank is from the pipe 7 to the preparation pipe 8, emulsified quickly by high-pressure water (preferably warm water) at high speed (preferably ≥140m/sec) jetted from the nozzle 3 in the pipe 8, and transported from the pipe 7' to the combustion device. Water jetted from the nozzle 3 in the pipe 8 exhibits vigrorous stirring action by the collision with the fuel oil and the turning blade 10 which is properly provided in case of necessity, is dispersed into fine drops of water and diffused into the fuel oil.
EFFECT: Having extremely improved effect especially on a viscous oil.
