Abstract
PURPOSE: To granulated pulverized coal-containing coal in water with a small amount of oil by low energy simply, by adding a specific fatty acid alkylolamide as a binder auxiliary to a slurry of coal and water, adding an oil as a binder to the slurry, blending the slurry without emulsifying it.

EFFECT: Granulated coal having reduced ash content and low water adsorption is obtained.
