CONSTITUTION:When a lever 8 of a film rear edge detector 5 turns in direction C, a switch 9 is turned on to produce a rear edge detection signal. A rear edge detector 12 consists of a projector 13 and a light receiver 14 and set at the position out of the travelling path of perforations 4 of a film 1. The detection signal given from the switch 9 is supplied to a film rear edge deciding circuit 16. At the same time, the infrared rays given from the projector 13 is detected by the receiver 14 when the film 1 is drawn out to the full, and the detection signal is supplied to the circuit 16 via the circuit 15. Then a cutter drive circuit 17 works by the output of the circuit 16, and the prescribed rear edge of the film is cut by a cutter 18.
