Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled polyester fibers, prepared by incorporating a perinone red coloring agent exhibiting a specific absorption spectrum, an anthraquinone yellow coloring agent exhibiting specific absorption spectrum respectively and carbon black in a specific proportion in a polyester, having improved color tone and luster, and suitable for fishing nets.
CONSTITUTION: A polyester, e.g. polyethylene terephthalate, is incorporated with (A) 0.5W1.5wt% perinone red coloring agent exhibiting an absorption spectrum having a maximal absorption peak at a wavelength of 500W520mμ and having a half width of 105W135mμ, (B) 0.02W0.09wt% anthraquinone yellow coloring agent exhibiting an absorption spectrum having a maximal absorption peak at a wavelength of 445W465mμ having a half width of 80W105mμ and (C) 0.005W0.05wt% carbon black to give the aimed spun dyed fibers. The coloring agent (A) and (B) are preferably added by the blending method with master pellets or melt beldning method.
