Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled yarn containing at least two kinds of colorants selected from a red colorant, a purple colorant and a yellow colorant in addition to a brown colorant, exhibiting a specific absorption spectrum and having excellent cutch color tone similar to the color of a dyed net. CONSTITUTION:The objective yarn exhibiting an absorption spectrum having a flat peak within the wavelength range of 430-560mmu and an absorptivity range of 0.22-0.32 can be produced by using at least two kinds of colorants selected from a red colorant, a purple colorant and a yellow colorant in addition to a brown colorant as colorants for the polyester yarn. The addition of the colorants is preferably carried out, from the viewpoint of the stability of the yarn quality, the operation stability, the production cost, etc., by blending master pellet containing each colorant at a high concentration to a base polymer and spinning the blend polymer.
