Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin tube having trapezoidal section with roving circumferentially, by rotating a rotary mold having a molding of trapezoidal section and an apparatus for feeding roving and a resin liquid in the same direction, and at the same time moving said apparatus reciprocally while feeding the roving and resin liquid onto the surface of mold. CONSTITUTION:The rotary mold 1 is rotated, and the feeding apparatus 11 is moved reciprocally in the direction of the rotational axis 3 and at the same is rotated. The displacement of the reciprocal movement 12 is controlled by a control signal (b) so that a feeding locus (A) follows the whole width of the surface 5 of mold in the rotational direction and would not go beyond the surface 5. Thus, by feeding the roving 24 and the resin liquid 21 in the direction of the rotation onto the molding surface 5, the resin tube having trapezoidal section and containing the reinforcing fibers therein is obtained.
