Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a resin pipe having trapezoidal section and containing reinforcing fibers therein, by feeding reinforcing fibers and a resin liquid onto a molding surface while rotating a rotary mold having the trapezoidal section and a reinforcing fiber and resin liquid feeding apparatus at different rates and at the same time reciprocally moving the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The rotary mold 1 is rotated, and the feeding apparatus 11 is moved reciprocally by a displacement driving apparatus 30 in the direction of the rotation axis 3 and at the same time is rotated on the rotation axis 3. In this case, the rotary mold and the feeding apparatus are rotated at slightly differenet rates, and therefore the feeding locus of the fibers 29 and the resin liquid 21 is displaced slightly circumferentially. Thus, as the cut fibers and the resin liquid are fed so that the feeding locus draws in the rotation axis on the molding surface, the resin pipe containing reinforcing fibers therein can be easily produced.
