Abstract

PURPOSE: To vary reaction property by providing a relief valve for specifying the mximum oil pressure in a reaction chamber in an oil path interconnecting the reaction chamber and a drain oil path of a controlling valve, while providing an orifice in an oil path communicating the reaction chamber and an output oil path with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A valve piston 22 is provided with a groove 2b communicating to annular grooves 21a, 21c of a valve sleeve 21 and a groove 22c communicating to annular grooves 21b, 21d, on its outer periphery of both sides and reaction chambers R1, R2 are formed on both sides of said piston 22. Both reaction chambers and oil discharge paths 43, 44 are interconnected through connecting oil paths 47, 48 provided with the valve piston 22, and in those paths 47, 48 are interposed relief valves V1, V2 for specifying the maximum pressure in the reaction chambers R1, R2. Also, in an oil path communicating the reaction chambers R1, R2 and output oil paths 45, 46 with each other are provided orifices O1, O2 and in the connecting oil paths 47, 48 are provided orifices O3, O4.
