Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable detecting of starting and ending points of integration of a separated waveform of process-gas chromatograph at proper positions, by setting the detecting sensitivity in proportion to the time width of a gate signal. CONSTITUTION:An integration starting point detecting means 519 and an integration ending point detecting means 521 are provided with the data on the detecting sensitivity set in a sensitivity setting unit 522 and are set at the detecting sensitivity proportional to the gate time width of a gate means 513. When the time data given to a memory 516 for the start of gate time accords, for instance, with the gate starting time of the first component, a read-out signal is given to a memory 515 for the gate time width. Based on this signal, the memory 515 delivers the prescribed data on the time width of the first component. Furthermore, based on these data, a gate signal generator 514 delivers a gate signal having a prescribed time width from the time of starting of gate, whereby the gate means 513 is opened. In the meantime, the separated waveform A of the first component is passed and given to an integrating means 518 and the detecting means 519 and 521. The same processing is applied likewise to each of separated waveforms C and B.
