Abstract
PURPOSE:To conduct analysis through accurate quantification of property by measuring the surface or section of concrete, foamed light concrete board (ALC board) or the like b using a picture analyzing device and thereby analyzing the state of triburion of aggregate, bubble, etc. CONSTITUTION:With a black and white contrast given to bubble parts and other parts which form cavities on the surface or section of concrete, mortar or the ALC board, the state of distribution of bubbles is analyzed by using the picture analyzing device. Moreover, the state of distribution of aggregate is measured by giving the black and white contrast to a convex part formed of an aggregate part which is raised by treating the section with hydrochloric acid and to a concave part formed by removing a cement paste part thereform. The black and white contrast is formed by a concave part filled with white gypsum and the part of black aggregate which are prepared by casting gypsum paste about 1mm. thick on the surface of section treated with hydrochloric acid and drying the same and by removing later superfluous gypsum on the surface. In the case when white aggregate is used, the concave part is filled with black paint.
