Abstract

PURPOSE: To keep constant the amount of bubbles in a bubbling chamber and unnecessitate a large size device and defoaming technique, by a method wherein the bubbles in a bubble layer are circulated and the circulated amount of the bubbles are balanced to the blown amount of an exhaust gas.
CONSTITUTION: The exhaust gas is introduced via an exhaust gas inlet port 1 so as to form a bubbling chamber layer in a foaming agent sprayed through spray holes 2 and a hollow part 3. The bubbles are sucked-in by a circulating pump 5 and are circulated through a buble circulating passage 4 in such a manner that the amount of bubbles circulated, the amount of the exhaust gas and the bubbling amount are balanced to each other. The circulation of the bubbles is promoted by a baffle plate 6. The exhaust gas is cleaned while passing through the bubbling layer and is discharged through an exhaust gas outlet port 7.
