Abstract
PURPOSE: To use internal organs of chicken as a pet food effectively, by boiling the internal organs of chicken with water and removing floating fats from them.
CONSTITUTION: Internal organs of chicken with its floating fats removed by boiling with water are blended with a solution of egg or a solution of starch, the blend is ground and subjected to spray drying to make powder. Consequently, fats in the internal organs can be removed to some extent and the viscosity can also be reduced. The internal organs of chicken are covered with the solution of egg or the solution of starch, so that the internal organs can be subjected to spray drying to make powder, althrough a partial amount of fats remains.
