Abstract

PURPOSE: To ignite surely by a method wherein a blower rotates on low speed at the start of running for ignition and rotates on normal speed again after the ignition is completed.
CONSTITUTION: When a power switch 13 is closed, an oscillating circuit 18 and an ignition controlling circuit 17 start operation. An ultrasonic vibrator 3 is oscillated by the circuit 18 in order to atomize the kerosene in an atomization tank 1. At the beginning of the closing of the power switch 13, the signal of an operational amplifier 32 in a delay circuit 19 is low level and an exciting coil 35a is deenergized to open a contact 35b. Accordingly, the driving motor 9 of the blower 6 rotates on low speed, resulting in establishing the blast with small blast quantity in an atomization chamber 2. On the other hand, the atomized kerosene is sent to a burner 4 and ignited surely with the spark of an igniter 10 actuated by the ignition controlling circuit 17. Afer the elapse of specified period of time from the closing of the power switch 13, the output of the operational amplifier 32 turns to be high level and as a result the rotation of the blower 6 returns to normal to perform normal combustion.
