Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain photovoltaic element having good adhesive by dispersing phthalocyanine in polymer formed of halogenated olefin between an ohmic electrode and an aluminum electrode. CONSTITUTION:A composition containing 1pt.wt. of beta-type copper phthalocyanine pigment, 1pt.wt. of vinylidene-achalonitrile copolymer (80:20 of saran F310 by weight) and 12pts.wt. of methylethylketone is dispersed in glass beads for 15min. The obtained dispersed liquid is coated in a thickness of approx. 4mum at drying time on a glass plate precleaned having an indium-tim oxide electrode of 10OMEGA/cm<2> of resistance value to form a photoactive layer, and is dried in vacuum for 24hr. Thereafter, an aluminum electrode is deposited in vacuum to become approx. 50OMEGA/cm<2> of resistance on the photoactive layer, thereby producing a phtovoltaic element having good adhesive.
