Abstract

PURPOSE: To certainly carry out typewriting control and label sending control even if a kind of the label is changed by a method wherein an intermittent sending amount of a base paper adhered with a label is detected and typewriting and lable peeling are carried out corresponding thereto.
CONSTITUTION: While a base paper 1 on which a label 2 is adhered at an equal pitch is intermittently sent by a sending roller 7, typewriting is carried out at a typewriting part 4 and, in an apparatus for carrying out peeling of the label 2 by a peeling plate 5, for example, a label detector 22 having a function detecting a leading end 21 of the label 2 reached to a front part of the peeling plate 5 and a function detecting presence or absence of the label is provided and a slit plate 26 having plural slits 25 arranged on circumference thereof is provided to a shaft 24 of the sending roller 7 and a detector 27 detecting said slits 25 is provided. By said slit plate 26 and the slit detector, a sending amount is detected and the typewriting is carried out corresponding thereto.
