Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the apparatus described in the title for pulverizing the resin with an excellent yield while limiting the generation of finer powder, by vertically providing a plurality of layers of crushing parts wherein a pair of rollers, on which crest and trough parts are alternately carved, face each other with an interval being provided, and setting a larger interval between the rollers in the upper layer crushing part than that in the lower part. CONSTITUTION:For example, the crest parts 1 whose cross sectional area is of a triangle are formed on the entire outer surface in the circumferential direction. The crest parts 1 and the trough parts 2 are alternately carved on the pair of rollers 3 in the longitudinal direction of the rollers with a distance l. The rollers 3 are mounted on the three layers of the crushing parts 6 so that crest parts 1 and the trough parts 2 face each other and the rollers are freely rotated. In this case, the relationship l1>l2> l3 is maintained, where l1 is the roller interval in the highest layer, l2 is the roller interval of the intermediate layer, and l3 is the roller interval of the lowest layer. Each pair of the rollers are rotated in the rolling direction of the material. When the thermosetting forming resin is supplied from a material supplying part 5, a molding material that is crushed and pulverized in three layers is obtained.
