Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture the bottle described in the title having excellent oxygen gas barrier property by forming a specified synthetic resin layer on the external surface of a wall of a drum part of a parison comprising saturated polyester, and performing blow molding. CONSTITUTION:Coating agent whose main component is polymer which is selected from acrylonitrile polymer including 80mol% or more of nitrile, vinylidene polymer, and vinyliden chloride/acryl copolymer is applied to the external surface of at least the wall part 1' of the drum part of the parison 1 which has a bottom part and an upper opening end, and comprises saturated polyester. Then the agent is dried and a synthetic resin layer 2 having the thickness of 10-150mu is formed. Thereafter the parison 3 with the synthetic resin layer 2 is set in a bottle drum forming metal mold 4, blow molding is performed to expand the parison by 5-6 times, thereby moding the bottle.
