Abstract
PURPOSE: To avoid deterioration of sealing performance of a pump due to the high temperature of the secondary side fluid by installing a mechanism which allows the secondary side fluid compressed by the primary side fluid to recirculate, in case of a high pressure pump and the like which represents a booster type pump.
CONSTITUTION: The primary side fluid A in a primary side cylinder 1 is fed into the cylinder 1 through pipes 16 and 17 and a selector valve 18 etc, and pressurizes the B liquid in a secondary side cylinder 2, and the B liquid sends the compressed fluid C through a diaphragm 4 under pressurized condition. When the temperature of the B liquid increases because of the sliding of a piston 3, a valve 13 is opened, and the B liquid is leaked into a tank 15 through a pipe 14. Thus, the B liquid circulates through a pump 9 and a cooling apparatus 11, and the temperature of the B liquid lowers and the sealing performance of the pump can be improved.
