Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute an inspection by only changing a contact member without preparing a probe planted board at every substrate when each printed substrate is inspected, by preparing a contact member corresponding to each printed substrate by means of photoetching, etc. CONSTITUTION:A contact member 1 which has a contact part 3, is provided with probe contacts 2 at the positions of the outside circumferential part decided in advance, and has connected the contact part 3 and the probe contacts 2 is prepared at the position corresponding to each check point 9 of a printed circuit board 8 to be inspected, by use of a copper clad laminated plate by a regular etching method. This contact member 1 is prepared at every printed circuit board 8 to be tested, but since the contact member whose probe contacts 2 have been laid out on a reference lattice or an constant positions, as for a probe planted board 4 provided with probes 5 which have been connected to a measuring apparatus 7 with lead wires 6, one is enough. In this way, it is possible to execute an inspection of disconnection and short circuit of various printed circuit boards by only replacing the contact member 1 without changing the probe planted board 4.
