Abstract

PURPOSE: To supply continuously a nearly uniform spinning raw solution and shortening largely the regeneration time of the filter, by flowing reversely the filtered raw solution and discharging the contaminant maintaining the constant supply condition when the filter is clogged.
CONSTITUTION: A flow amount Q per unit time of spinning raw solution is supplied, being divided to the filters 10, 11 which remove the contaminant. If the contaminant is deposited at the filter 10, the valves 16, 19, 26 are opened and the valve 15, 20 are closed. A flow amount Q+ΔQ per unit time of spinning raw solution is sent and total amount is supplied to the filter 11 and filtered. However, because the flow amount of spinning raw solution is controlled to Q by the metering pump 22, ΔQ of spinning raw solution flows reversely to the filter 10 and strips the deposited contaminant. The contaminant is discharged together with spinning raw solution via the contaminant discharging conduit 17 and the valve 19 to the outside. The contaminant deposited at the filter can be removed, enabling to supply quantitatively the filtered spinning raw solution to the following film forming mechanism.
