CONSTITUTION:If packets collide between its own station and other station, a priotity pattern transmitted from its own station and a signal pattern of other station on a transmission line 7 inputted via a receiver 8 are compared bit by bit at a priority discrimination circuit 11, and if both of them are different, a signal which stops the transmission of the station immediately as the presence of high priority from its own station is transmitted to a transmission logical stage 5. A retry counting circuit 12 is counted up with a transmission stop signal. The number of counts is reflected on the priority pattern set at the start of transmission newly after the end of waiting and the probability of occupancy right of transmission line for the next time can be increased.
